We accept returns and exchanges only if:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect

In case of a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos)
