Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • The request is made within 6 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund (as applicable)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect

  • In case of a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos)

Bulk Orders

Returns and exchanges for bulk orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly before placing a bulk order.
